An fast growing FMCG company with a strong global presence is looking for a superb Sales Coordinator to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a varied role within a small team, have excellent communication skills, is highly organised and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales administration duties including enquiries, shipment monitoring, custom documentation, invoicing etc.
• Interact with distributors in APAC, Middle-East and East Africa
• Assist and support sales activities with APAC managers and partners
• Coordinate with forecasts, orders, and enquiries with the supply chain teams across the globe
• Prepare sales report analysis for management review
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Degree holder with minimum 2 years of sales administration experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
• A motivated, driven personality with ambition to progress
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing ERP System (preferably experience in SAP business 1)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese (French will be a plus)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline
• Reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
