Our client, an up and coming international real estate firm are inviting sales hungry hunters and driven individuals to join their Hong Kong team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with potential clients to maximise sales and achieve targets
- Oversee and manage all stages of the sales process from initial enquiry to final sale
- Provide after sale service in an effective and professional manner
- To be a team player in promoting the company and their services
- Identify target audiences and create methods to create a dialogue
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property development or a related industry. Selling to high net worth individuals is necessary
- English and Cantonese is mandatory. Mandarin would be highly advantageous
- Strong work ethic and confident in their ability to hit sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with superb persuasion and negotiation skills
- Access to a network of potential clients would be preferred
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Energetic personality with a passion to go the extra mile
- Passion for travel, luxury and beach
