An international and well-established firm within the Exhibition Services and Live Marketing industry is searching for a superb Sales Project Manager to join their growing team in Shanghai. This is a great opportunity for a highly-organised, innovative and pro-active individual who has excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Responsibilities:
• Management, coordination and supervision of large-scale live marketing projects (time management, planning, budgeting, quality control and supervision, on-time execution to customer‘s satisfaction etc.)
• Drive growth and deliver new business with high quality
• Project team leadership, as well as coordination and communication with the headquarter and regional management
• Co-operation in developing work flows, processes of a new company and staff management
• Take over existing and new projects, and lead the business development in China
• Expand the network of partner’s and suppliers in all production and creation competences
• Maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues
• Project-related Stakeholder Management (clients, suppliers, internal departments) on every level of the hierarchy
• Monitoring and implementing projects require travels throughout China and Asia
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of senior project management experience within the Exhibition Services and Live Marketing industry, preferably in China
• Degree holder who is keen to develop their skills both personally and professionally, ideally with experience in sales and business development within the Exhibition/Events industry
• Sales and customer satisfaction is your highest dedication
• New business contacts and their activation for closing a deal is fun for you
• B2B business experience in this very competitive market
• Track record of financial responsibility of profit generating projects including the accountability over suppliers and client satisfaction
• Proven team leader skills with the sense of creating an international team development atmosphere and open communication within the team
• Highly developed presentation skills with the sensitivity of the right sales speed
• Strong technical understanding
• Affine to modern design/architecture including the integration digital world and communication channels
• You are self-motivated, client-oriented, committed, responsible, ambitious, a solution-finder and loyal
• You are fluent in English and Mandarin, German is plus
