A prestigious international law firm is looking for an experienced Secretarial Manager to manage its team of secretaries and support staff:
Responsibilities:
• Report to the Administration Manager
• Close communication with the secretarial team on resource and workflow managemenrs
• Reviewing the teams’ support service levels with the Practice Managers
• Responsible for the allocation of secretaries to fee earners
• Orientation and briefing of new secretarial staff with service standards and practices
• Responsible for hiring and interviews
• Conducting regular training needs analysis of secretaries
• Responsible for carrying out performance appraisals and meeting the secretarial staff individually and collect feedback from fee earners
Requirements:
• 5-6 years’ previous work experience in a professional services environment with at least three years’ management of a team
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus)
• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ABC Flowchart, Access, Outlook etc.
