A world renown financial services firm is looking for a candidate with exceptional communication and leadership skills to join their team
Responsibilities:
- On-boarding and off boarding of new team members
- Manage a pool of around 25 Assistants
- Organize and manage internal and external events
- Administrative Assistants resources management
- Any ad hoc administrative tasks
- Liaising with entire senior management across all offices
- Handle correspondence by email and phone
- Fine tuning of daily administrative activities
- Mentoring and training of Assistants
- Maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services or investment banking with strong focus on team management and executive support
- The position also includes a strong Human Resource emphasis and experience in the field is preferred.
- HR and Team Management experience
- Project management experience
- Relevant experience in financial services or Investment Banking
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent English (Cantonese is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and critical thinking
- Client and customer service experience
- Strong team leading skills with the ability to listen and take ideas and suggestions on board
- Proactive and positive mind set with excellent work ethics
