A multinational conglomerate is searching for an outstanding Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be capable, immaculately presented, calm, detail-oriented and highly organised, with excellent experience of supporting at a senior level, while also taking the initiative and working comfortably in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all secretarial and administrative work for a Senior Executive (C-Suite), including interacting with a senior management team
• Manage a busy calendar of meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Overseeing and reconciling expenses, prioritizing and organising emails
• Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed (in both English and Chinese)
• Act as a senior representative and ‘gate-keeper’, interacting at all levels within the organisation
• Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior PA/EA/secretarial role
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English is essential
