An international financial services firm is looking for a superb Junior Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be flexible and detail-oriented, and highly organised.
Responsibilities:

Provide overall administrative and operational support to the team

Perform general office administration duties, including monitoring and ordering stationery and pantry supplies, office equipment repair and maintenance
-
International travel booking
-
Overseeing and reconciling expenses, prioritizing and organising emails
-
Handle the filling system and confidential information professionally
-
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Degree holder with 2 years’ experience in a varied PA/EA role
-
Highly organised with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
-
Excellent command of both spoken and written Mandarin
-
Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
-
Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels

Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
