A well-established organization with a global presence is looking for an experienced and superb Senior Executive Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial and administrative support for senior level executives
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
• Project work, including organising and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business, both internationally and locally
• Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Degree holder with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in a varied PA/EA role
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
