A leading international law firm is looking for an energetic, efficient and proactive Legal Secretary to join their team in Hong Kong.
Directly supporting the Managing Partner, responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide the full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support
• Draft, format and prepare legal documents
• Handle an intensive schedule of meetings
• Manage complex international travel arrangements and a busy calendar of events
• Maintain the internal filing system
• Handle legal correspondence with both internal and external parties
• Other ad hoc administrative duties or projects as assigned
To Qualify
• At least 10 years’ experience as a legal secretary ideally within a global firm
• Previous experience of supporting senior executives/Managing Partners preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both English, Cantonese along with excellent Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Personable, highly organized with great attention to detail
• Strong time management skills, the ability to multi task and prioritize work effectively
