Job Description

Our Client, a leading global professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to improve its HR and Finance functions. To do this, they are growing their team and looking for a talented Communications & Change Lead to come onboard to drive the communications and change offering forward. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Effectively engage and partner with the Regional Marketing Team and Global Change team to develop and communicate change strategy
  • With your innate passion, establish and develop key stakeholder relationships both internally, and externally with consulting partners, to gain ongoing sponsorship and support for new ways of working
  • With successful communication at the heart of this role, you’ll support the Global Communications lead with the development of communications plans in-line with the change activities schedule
  • A natural coach, you will provide support and coaching to leaders by advising them how to deploy changes throughout their organisation
  • Demonstrate the ability to write engaging, concise communications which effectively, and regularly, relay strategy and updates
  • Utilise your creativity by designing presentations and media sound bites to captivate your audience and support the change process
  • Drive and be the ‘Face of’ the spirit of collaboration to help ensure the Transformation teams run to maximum efficiency 
  • Support the building of a sense of team responsibility and accountability across the Communications and Change team
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of effectively navigating across large, highly matrixed organisations
  • Experience of being involved in communicating transformational initiatives, overcoming resistance to change and enabling successful execution
  • Demonstrate the ability to embrace the challenge of operating in an environment of unprecedented, rapid change where innovation and quick responses yield success
  • Operate with a sense of urgency – demonstrate a high EQ, be highly responsive and have a solutions orientated mind-set
  • Naturally high energy and tenacious, with a passion to deliver
  • Articulate both verbally and written 
  • Educated to degree level with a +7 years of experience
