Our client is one of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms with a strong and growing presence in Asia Pacific. They are now seeking a top calibre and highly proactive and collaborative Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to support their business development, pitching and marketing initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity that will expose you to local, regional and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Support the strategic development of your designated practice area through the delivery and execution of a diverse range of client, practice and marketing programmes and initiatives
Develop strong relationships with the fee earners and all stakeholders within Hong Kong and APAC
Maintain internal practice group data, reporting, and trackers and manage processes to support client plans
Coordinate and prepare pitches and proposals, responses to RFPs, client presentations and other marketing materials
Assist with research and analysis of industry trends, competitive intelligence and identify potential business opportunities
Identify and coordinate cross-selling opportunities with other practices, sectors and client teams
Raise the practice’s profile via events, conferences and client seminars
Develop the firm’s reputation through targeted marketing communications, publications, and awards and directories submissions
Support the wider Facilities and Business Services Team in the planning and execution of both internal and external events
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
An undergraduate degree with experience in Legal or Professional Services
A minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in marketing or business development
Experience working on competitive proposals and pitches
Excellent command of written and spoken English; Mandarin would be advantageous
Prior experience working in an international environment
Exceptional project management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, identify and solve problems, and take initiative
Must be a strong team player with ability to build relationships across all levels in a matrix organisation
Demonstrated ability to effectively use technology
Proficiency in using InterAction or similar CRM software
