An international financial services firm is looking for a Senior Wealth Manager to join their team in their growing Hong Kong office.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of client servicing and knowledge of wealth planning strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients including on-boarding and account opening
- Leading client meetings, managing follow-ups and providing both regular ad hoc support
- Providing support to advisers and partners for a diverse range of client needs
- Solve challenging client issues and oversee the work of junior Wealth Associates
- Work closely with a range of Hong Kong-based and overseas service providers
- Daily liaison with portfolio management team
- Involvement in weekly investment committee meetings
- Preparing reports, budgets and balance sheets
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 year’s relevant experience
- SFC/CIB licensed, or financial services experience
- Native or near-native English is an absolute must (Chinese is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client relationship management experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Critical thinker and problem solver
