This leading research and consultancy firm, are looking to hire an Office Administrator for their Southeast Asia & India territory. Responsible for the administration and marketing support for the Singapore office along with supporting the Business Development Team.
Responsibilities:
- CRM systems including setting up trials as needed
- Research for BD teams incl ad hoc BD support activity as required
- Event organisation / booking venues / badges / reminder emails / invites / tracking sign ups
- Email campaigns – support in composing campaigns with BD Team support
- Any local/regional tailoring of BD materials for presentation etc
- Managing webinars including the webinar tracker /tracking views / number of registrants / attendees / recording and distribution of recorded material
- Webinar set up from liaising with relevant the economists / set up / breakdown / running of the webinar
- Dealing with regional media enquiries and directing these as appropriate to the Director of Communications or the relevant economists in or out of region
- Collating requests to be added to media lists and passing these to relevant people for review and follow-up as needed
- Other support for media relations work as required by the Director of Communications – (eg limited tactical send-out of media emails on specific subjects as requested)
- Liaise with IT contractors and internally to resolve any issues within the office
- Liaise with HR internally and the MOM when required
- Liaise with accounts internally to ensure that all payments are made as needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally within a relevant field (economics, business, finance, marketing)
- Native English speaker; other language skills, such as Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, is highly desirable
- An interest in marketing and business development, ideally with previous work or internship experience in an administrative role
- An interest in economics and current affairs
- Comfortable making cold calls to multiple countries
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong writing skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT
- Must be a team player
