With over 10 years’ experience in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong, he specialises in innovative employee benefits solutions that help organisations attract, reward, and retain top talent.
Jan Ng combines data, technology, and human insight to deliver innovative employee benefits strategies at Mercer Marsh Benefits. He helps organisations design tailored health and wellness programmes, secure the best insurance solutions, and use workforce data to keep employees healthy, productive, and engaged.
Wilda Lau is a Health and Benefits Consultant at Mercer in Hong Kong, with over 15 years of experience in health and life insurance. She specialises in employee communications and wellness, partnering with clients to design data-driven solutions that enhance the employee experience and foster healthier workplaces.
Alice Cheung is an Associate Director at Elliott Scott, specialising in HR search and recruitment across Professional Services and Commerce in North Asia.
