The working world is evolving fast and so are employee expectations. How can HR leaders stay ahead of the curve?
Our recent event ‘From fixed to flexible: Pivoting your benefits strategy for long term impact’ was an exclusive session designed for HR leaders and functional heads, where we explored benefits trends, enhancing flexibility for front-line staff and a spotlight on the latest industry trends.
Mercer and Elliott Scott and Charlotte Frank welcomed over 40 HR leaders and functional heads to its offices overlooking the stunning Hong Kong Harbour.
The event centered around a timely and impactful conversation: how organizations can meaningfully personalize employee benefits and wellbeing—not by grading, level, or spend, but by aligning with individual lifestyles and needs.
From insightful discussions to interactive moments, the afternoon was filled with energy and reflection. Guests had the opportunity to participate in a biometric stress test—yes, just a fingerprint was all it took to gauge cortisol and stress levels. And to add a touch of fun, three lucky draw prizes were awarded to close the event.
A heartfelt thank you to all the speakers, Michael Kan (Mercer Marsh’s Benefits Leader), Jan Ng (Director, Business Development at Mercer Marsh Benefits), Wilda Lau (Mercer Hong Kong’s Senior Consultant), Vien Ng (Charlotte Frank’s Director of Sales) and Alice Cheung (Associate Director, Elliott Scott) and to Mercer and Charlotte Frank who made this gathering so memorable.
It was a powerful reminder that wellbeing isn’t a one-size-fits-all strategy—it’s a human one.
