Our client is an international lifestyle group and they are now looking for a currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Resident Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional guest experience at their hotel properties.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the operations team, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and team member development.
Oversee all aspects of property management, including financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
Maintain excellent guest relations by promptly addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards.
Manage inventory and implement effective inventory control measures.
Recruit, train, and supervise team members, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
Prepare reports on guest feedback, improvement projects, and market intelligence for management review.
Maintain compliance with local regulations and legislation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hotel or facility management industries.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.
