Job Description

A leading Asia-focused investment management firm is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong on an initial 12 month contract. They are seeking a responsible, self-motivated and well-organised candidate who can pick-up quickly and work well within the team.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the Finance team including printing, scanning and filing documents
  • Maintain office supplies such as stationary
  • Verify staff claims and audit expense reports
  • Assist with payment procedures
  • Prepare daily bank summary for the team
  • Arrange paper files for storage

Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • Excellent Excel and Adobe skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written
  • Good team player with ability to communicate
  • Good time-keeping and ability to manage one’s own workload
  • Diligent and responsible
