We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Platform Development to lead the platform strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the comprehensive strategy, design, and implementation of the platform, emphasizing high performance, reliability, and user-focused design.
Investigate and incorporate advanced blockchain features for asset traceability, contract execution, and data integrity.
Design and oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to facilitate real-time data access and analytics.
Work closely with internal users and guide a high-performing team to deliver platform features that meet business requirements and add value throughout the lifecycle.
Utilize AI/ML, data visualization, and predictive analytics to continuously improve platform intelligence.
Foster a strong delivery mindset, balancing innovation with practical execution to ensure timely rollout of significant features.
Carry out ad hoc tasks or travel as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, product development, and technical architecture.
Demonstrated expertise in blockchain development, programming languages, and data visualization libraries.
Familiarity with public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba) and hybrid cloud models.
A creative problem solver with strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
