We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support the Office Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations in a boutique office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Office Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks in an office of 60 professionals
Serve as the first point of contact at the reception, handling inquiries and directing visitors
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Coordinate office logistics, including supplies and equipment management
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is organized and accessible
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional presence with a friendly demeanour
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
