About the role
Our client, a top tier Global Hedge fund is seeking a top-notch, high performing Receptionist for their Hong Kong offices.
This role is more than front desk coverage — it’s about being the face of the firm, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting both executives and staff with administrative and event-related needs.
The receptionist will support daily office operations and serves as the ambassador for visitors at the front desk. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
Key Responsibility:
Welcome guests, clients, and vendors: Ensure a professional, hospitable environment at the front desk.
Manage mail and deliveries: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and distribute packages.
Clerical support: Assist departments with document preparation, photocopying, and filing.
Office supplies and equipment: Maintain inventory and manage office equipment.
Event coordination: Support the organization and facilitation of company events and activities.
Onboarding support: Assist with welcoming new employees and ensuring smooth integration
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and professional demeanour.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.
Organizational aptitude with attention to detail.
Adaptability to support multiple functions across the business.
Team collaboration while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
