Job Description

A reputable medical group is searching for an outstanding Receptionist to join their office in Central.  The successful candidate will be reliable, personable, resourceful and have excellent communication skills.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings
  • Handle and prioritize incoming mail/email for the office
  • Monitoring and ordering stock
  • Sorting and distributing post and arranging couriers
  • Handle all incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining data on system and creating of records 
  • Ad-hoc general administrative duties
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ receptionist or customer service experience                
  • Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willing and eager to help others and get involved
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Pleasant, detail-minded and hard working with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Assertive and polite with good customer services and interpersonal skills
