Our client is a dedicated charity foundation with a close-knit team, currently seeking a diligent and experienced Accountant to manage their financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive financial reporting and budgeting support to the organization.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of staff salaries.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Provide financial advice and insights to support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
LCCI certification preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
