Our client is a reputable international law firm located in Central. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive self-starter with the ability to use their own initiative, and is willing to help where necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general administrative functions to include physical and electronic filing of documents, courier arrangement, sorting and filing of mail, manage stationary and office supplies.
Assist the governance services team in recording time, managing WIP and debt collection, arranging invoices and payments
In addition to the duties listed above, the Administrative Assistant may be requested to perform any other related ad hoc duties as requested by their line manager or the Directors.
Any other ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
At a minimum post holders should hold a High School diploma, and ideally be working towards a college or university degree or diploma
At least 1 years' experience in a corporate environment
A basic knowledge of Viewpoint, CORIS and general client database systems is helpful along with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package and Microsoft Outlook
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Flexible, team player, with a "can do" attitude
Stable, organised and strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
Immediately available is highly preferred
