Our client is a highly reputable Asset Manager who is looking to hire a highly competent Executive Assistant to support a team. The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, be highly professional and be able to juggle multiple bosses and responsibilities with a calm, logical approach.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
Excellent common sense, with key stakeholder management skills and confidence in communicating with C-Suite executives
Relevant financial services background, ideally from a fund house, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/culture
Importantly, will have previously served at a C-Suite team or one to one level
Advanced level PowerPoint skills and competence to develop slide decks for presentation purposes
Great team collaboration spirit and attitude towards all team members across the business
Confidence in working directly with management level for updates/data sharing
Faultless and frequent proven experience of booking of global travel and internal US travel ESSENTIAL
Other Key responsibilities also include:
Provide full secretarial support to the Executives (3 to 4) including maintaining complex diaries
Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with utmost discretion and professionalism
Act as an effective communication bridge between the executives and internal or external parties
Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned including project work and involvement in IR projects
Opportunity to develop professional expertise and grow into specialized knowledge and capabilities
Coordinate the Executive’s travel arrangements and accommodation reservations for business trips
Arrange meetings and functions including preparation of meeting documents and logistics planning
Taking minutes for any meetings as and when needed
Maintain various correspondences and handle all expense reimbursements for team
Attributes & Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
Self-motivated and independent to handle everything on his/her own
Great sense of integrity to handle sensitive material on a confidential basis
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Strong sense of responsibilities and detail-oriented
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
At least 8 years of relevant experience
Native fluency in both written and spoken English with a good command of Mandarin an additional benefit
Education/Professional Qualifications:
Degree holder or above
Singapore Citizen
