Helen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Charlotte Frank.  Helen started the business in 2012 in Hong Kong and expanded to Singapore in 2015.  She has been recruiting in both Europe and Asia since 2008 and prior to setting up Charlotte Frank, she worked in both the London and Hong Kong offices of Robert Walters.  Since 2010 Helen has specialised in recruiting Business Support and HR professionals in Asia Pacific. She is also a fully qualified Executive Coach (PCC), working across Asia Pacific to support her key clients, specialising in C-Suite Executives.

Having originally completed her own secretarial studies at London’s Queens College, Kensington, Helen is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about recruiting for this fast-moving area and has a genuine understanding of the true needs and requirements of both clients and candidates alike.  Helen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music.
