Our client is a small international business headquartered out of HK. They are now seeking a highly efficient Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, dynamic and fast moving business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the team
Assist in secretarial, administrative, personal matter support to team
Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
Assist in travel itineraries and accommodation for international trips
Support with office management, e.g., ordering stationery & supplies
Organise and maintain files and databases
Perform general reception duties, including but not limited to greeting visitors and managing incoming and outgoing mails and couriers when necessary
Maintain professional and well-managed relationships with Internal and external parties
Perform other ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
University graduates, major in business administration
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Calendar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills
A high degree of attention to detail
Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative
Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
