A leading Legal, Risk & Compliance Search Firm in Hong Kong is looking for an energetic Admin Assistant to join their team to provide all round office support. The successful candidate will have excellent English and strong Cantonese communication skills, be able to work at pace, and be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping track & procurement of stationery and office supplies
Switchboard management, calendar management, meeting management and sorting/distributing incoming postal/mail
Invoicing
Supporting HR functions such as onboarding and offboarding, building access, visa applications
Data base entry and management
Media posting support
Coordinate/organization internal events on a small scale
Support with office move project
Documentation, paperwork, and filing
Any other tasks / ad-hoc projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of experience required
Fluency in English and Cantonese
Organized, independent and efficient
Proactive with a willingness to learn
Eye for detail and able to multi-task
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Knowledge of Canva and Linkedin is advantageous
