My client, a leading and well respected Asset Management firm, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to one of their Singapore teams. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Assistant will be a valued team member and should have the ability to work independently and to handle confidential matters with discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support for your team
Assist the team with setting up WebEx, Zoom, or any other video conferencing meetings
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Maintain calendars and set up/coordinate internal and external meetings, including travelers in the region who may need with meetings scheduling
Help plan and organize luncheons, presentations, seminars, and recruitment driving and team building events as needed
Assist with planning and organizing business travel and accommodation for internal teams
Submit expense reports for the team, ensuring compliance with company policies
Assist the Office and Facilities Manager with office administration as required
Escalate any maintenance issues to Facilities, as needed
Support the team with other ad hoc requests
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of related experience
Strong team player with the ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls, and issues
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional demeanour and attitude
Ability to work independently
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Commitment to highest ethical standards
Detail oriented and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environment
