Responsibilities
· Identify target audiences and develop effective communication strategies to reach potential new business opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
· Collaborate with industry and practice groups to support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Manage projects, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of internal and external initiatives.
· Build market and media presence to enhance our firm's visibility and reputation.
· Support consultants in driving marketing effectiveness and conversion, fostering strong client relationships.
· Develop compelling client success stories, working closely with clients and industry groups to create engaging content and marketing opportunities.
· Plan and execute virtual/in-person events, including attendee management, logistics, digital build environments, collateral production, and reporting.
· Keep the business informed of the latest marketing activities through internal newsletters and presentations.
· Manage campaign, monthly, and quarterly reporting across marketing activities.
· Provide general support to the marketing team, including processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and managing internal events.
Requirements
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
· Excellent relationship-building skills, collaborating with stakeholders and establishing clear objectives and timelines.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce marketing copy efficiently.
· Experience in multi-channel campaign management, from one-off emails to large-scale events.
· Results-oriented mindset, ensuring that every activity aligns with commercial goals and objectives.
· Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining high attention to detail.
· Enthusiastic, energetic, and a team player with excellent people skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges.

· Full-time availability in both office and remote settings, with the ability to work effectively with technology.
