My client, a well renowned investment company with strong connections to family offices, is currently looking for a Business Analyst to support their operations in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, and be adept at managing and analysing large amounts of detailed information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the real estate portfolio.
Conduct financial analysis of real estate assets, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Manage the acquisition, development, and disposal of real estate assets.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks associated with the real estate portfolio.
Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance for senior management and other stakeholders.
Work with property managers and other third-party service providers to ensure the effective management of real estate assets.
Conduct due diligence on potential properties and negotiate deals.
Ensure the real estate portfolio is aligned with the overall company's goals and objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management, preferrable for family office
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Experience with risk management strategies and techniques.
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with property managers and other third-party service providers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
