My client is a local leading hardware supply and trading company. Under the new generation of leadership, the business is expanding rapidly and as a result, the company is actively seeking to hire new members to support this growth. They are currently searching for a Business & Operations Manager, who can provide professional and managerial support in new operations initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing new processes and systems to ensure the supply and trading business operates in the most cost-effective manner, as well as being a change champion to lead transformation within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to the Managing Director for new business operations initiatives
Introduce new processes and systems to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Lead transformational change initiatives to improve performance and productivity
Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
5 years of relevant business experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in business operations management, preferably in a trading company
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly in Excel and Word
