Our international investor client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support one of their most respected and successful global leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly proactive and meticulous individual who wants to truly own the responsibility for the support of an extraordinary boss. They will need to be willing to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to this role and individual in order to meet the expectations of this fast-paced and 24/7 position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively manage complex, global diary on a day-to-day basis, resolving conflicts and regularly communicating to ensure awareness of changing priorities and commitments.
Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings and international travel itineraries, visas, hotel bookings, for both business and personal trips.
Ensure you are adequately prepared for any meetings, business trips or other engagements on behalf of the PM.
Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle confidential documentation and correspondence as requested.
Provide personal assistance support for personal and household matters.
Provide team assistance to wider team of Analysts (15)
Handle any other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
A self-starter mentality, with a solution driven mindset and ability to take initiative with confidence is critical for success in this role.
High EQ and an awareness of how to handle a highly stressful environment is key.
Prior experience providing outstanding administrative support in pressured and international environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (All three languages equally important)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proactive and detailed personality with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities.
Ability to anticipate needs or problems, think "outside the box" and proactively offer solutions.
Detail minded with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines.
Resilience and grit, with a genuine enjoyment and pride of supporting a very senior boss 24/7 will suit this position best.
Be open to communicate after business hours and/or weekends.
Bachelor’s degree qualified, or similar.
Minimum of 8 years' experience with at least 3 years directly supporting senior management
