Amazing EA needed for dynamic HR team in busy, global FS firm!
A global and hugely successful investment firm is currently seeking a capable and experienced Executive Assistant for a busy and dynamic Human Resources team within the Private Equity space. The successful candidate will have an international mindset and passion for the area, having previously supported a busy HR team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide admin/secretarial support to the Human Resources team (3 HR executives + 1 auditor)
Assist in the preparation of P & C documents such as new employment letters for verification, company letters, work permits, and business visa applications
Performed other related duties as assigned by management to support HR Department
Strive to be an ambassador for the brand at every interaction
Ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience as an HR Team Assistant
Preference for candidates with background in financial institutions or professional services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Native or near native level of English proficiency
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
Superior attention to detail
