Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and management of day-to-day activities for senior executives, ensuring smooth business operations.
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events, while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Contribute actively to leadership meetings, providing valuable insights and assisting in strategic planning.
Drive the execution of projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Manage travel arrangements, including logistics, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations in a timely and accurate manner.
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and relationship-building.
Coordinate and execute business and personal events, handling ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in any field, with candidates at all levels of experience considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and learn new concepts effectively.
