Our client is one of the leading US law firms looking for an Office Manager to run their office in Singapore. The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously, be solutions oriented with strong leadership skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day office administrative operations
Work closely functional directors and managers in regional offices
Manage administration team resources and job assignments
Supervise a team of Legal Secretaries and manage their assignments
Implement manuals and policies
Responsible for any office improvement plans
Responsible for the office floorplans, facilities and insurance
Responsible for mentoring and supervision of legal secretaries
Handle all local government regular liaison, registration, records and licensing
Responsible for all employment pass/entry visa related matters
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder in management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of related management experience with comparable scope and responsibility, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment
Strong communication skills in both oral and written English
Strong technical skills in human resources are important
Strong leadership, people and project management skills
