With a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to contribute to the success of a highly respected team.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the team, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Plan and coordinate the company’s local and overseas events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and records in compliance with company standards.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes as needed.
Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
10-15 years in executive assistant or office management roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proven experience in organizing and managing corporate events, both locally and overseas.
Must hold a valid HKID card.
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
