A prestigious and international management consulting firm is now seeking a top calibre and highly meticulous Office Service Coordinator. Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner.
· Answer and screen all incoming phone calls. Resolve caller inquiries or quickly refer to appropriate department for action.
· Monitors the visitor access and maintain security awareness. Ensure all personnel enter the office are positively identified authorized, logged, and issued appropriate visitor credentials.
· Providing general administrative and clerical support when required.
· Keep conference room clean and tidy, coordinate I.T. outsource for setting simple I.T facilities.
· Provides support and coverage for team and/or special events.
· Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Experience, Functional Knowledge, and Qualifications
· University degree graduate
· 3-5 years’ experience in a multi-national organization
· Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Prior experience as a receptionist & facilities is preferred.
