Responsibilities
Provide seamless support to senior advisers and their clients.
Oversee the accurate data entry of new client information into CRM and other systems.
Prepare for financial plan reviews and assist with running reports.
Coordinate information requests for advisers and their clients, ensuring organized client data.
Attend client meetings with advisers and independently manage follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the broader team to maintain efficient back-office operations.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal policies.
Develop a deep understanding of wealth management systems and software.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.
Foster a positive and client-focused work environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience in the wealth management industry.
Proficient in client onboarding and account opening processes.
Exceptional references from previous employers or colleagues in the wealth management sector.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry and its best practices.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Committed to long-term career growth in the Asia region.
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including CRM systems and client/company reporting software.
