We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s complex domestic and international schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external engagements, including high-intensity business travel.
Organize and oversee high-level corporate meetings, draft meeting minutes, and track the implementation of key decisions; proactively identify underlying needs and facilitate issue resolution.
Coordinate cross-industry, cross-system, and cross-departmental business collaborations, acting as the CEO’s primary liaison for external communications.
Monitor and follow up on key business matters, actively participating in critical projects to ensure closure.
Implement best practices in executive support, optimize existing workflows, and drive standardization and process improvements.
Oversee the annual budgeting and daily financial management of the corporate office.
Pre-review and manage document and file archives.
Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO and senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary to the Chairman/President in a mid-to-large-sized company. Project management experience and large-scale international event planning experience are preferred.
Strong logical thinking and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, strong writing ability, and proficiency in English for professional use.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and unexpected situations with agility and flexibility.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience under pressure.
