A family office foundation in Hong Kong, known for its successful investment development across Asia, the UK, and the US, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist. This position will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at their payment security firm. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression of the company and providing essential administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors courteously.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Maintain appointment schedules and assist with calendar management.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Good academic qualifications with at least 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Hong Kong residency is a must.
