My client is a local leading hardware supply and trading company. Under the new generation of leadership, the business is expanding rapidly and as a result, the company is actively seeking to hire new members to support this growth. They are currently searching for a Sales Coordinator to work closely with and support team operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self starter who can work autonomously, and enjoys taking charge of procedures to support the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and follow through all sales coordination and administration
Work closely with the sales team and communicate with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Liaise with the logistics team on the delivery arrangements and ensure timely delivery of products
Handle the daily documents and sale records
Issue the invoices in accordance with the purchase orders
REQUIREMENTS
Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Understanding of sales and logistics processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly in Excel and Word
