A globally recognised US based professional advisory firm is looking for senior administrative professional to join their expanding team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
· Manage complex calendars and handle intense travel logistics arrangements , and process expense and time reports.
· Handle clients inquiries in a timely manner
· Maintain effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
· Provide support for internal and external events.
· Assist with office service tasks such as restocking supplies in pantry, housekeeping of office environment
· Provide administrative support to HR including recruiting and onboarding/offboarding
· Assist with PowerPoint preparation, Excel Trackers and Reporting
Requirements:
· Singapore Citizen or PR is a must
· University degree is required
· Minimum of ten (10) years ‘relevant experience
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint with capability to quickly learn and apply new technology
· Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an advance
· Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail are critical
· Exhibit sound judgment and common sense while making decisions
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure
