Our client is a highly respected American Global Asset Management firm with an impressive track record and stable team. They are now seeking a temporary administrative assistant to support a team of 4 executives on a four-month contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the executives and team
Maintain calendars, book meeting rooms and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties
Schedule highly frequent travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries as needed
Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
Perform research via the internet and subscription-based research portals as requested
Review, prepare and manage the submission of expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
Review, track and maintain documents; following-up to obtain information as necessary
Develop and maintain a filing system and contact database
Translate documents from English into Chinese and vice versa
Perform other administrative duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience supporting executives/senior management within a financial services firm
Excellent English is a must, alongside fluency in Mandarin
Good knowledge of MS Office
Proven experience utilizing internet resources
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong track record in managing multiple projects with a proven ability to prioritize
Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative
Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
