A rapidly expanding market leader is looking for a new business manager to work at their head office in Discovery Bay. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, maintain all record and procedures of the company’s operations
- Respond to queries from overseas clients, providing relevant information in a timely professional manner
- Cooperate with the team on all projects to achieve expected results
- Provide quality service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date with developments and changes
Responsibilites:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, international education preferred
- Excellent communication skills who can multitask under pressure
- Highly organized and can work independently
- Office administrative experience is highly advantageous, but also open to capable fresh graduates
- Fluency in spoken, written and reading English, Chinese and Mandarin is essential, candidates without this will not be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
