Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Client Services Executive to take on a key role in their team. The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills as this is a fast-paced and communication-intense role.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the intermediary between clients and targeted individuals
- Identify market trends by speaking to clients and share this knowledge with the wider team
- Proactively manage relationships with clients and partners
- Provide support to the team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives, as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder who is keen to develop their skills personally and professionally, ideally with two years’ working experience in research within the executive search/recruitment industry
- A very high degree of literacy and excellent communication skills, on paper and over the telephone
- Superb client service and communication skills as it is essential to have the confidence to initiative conversations with senior executives in diverse markets and functions
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks with a strong customer service focus
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
