A well-established international company is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a senior executive within the company. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized individual, with a positive attitude and an ability to multitask in a variety of areas and tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide full secretarial support to the senior executive in all personal/family matters
• Handle all diary and calendar management
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Produce agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and all key paperwork for meetings with both internal and external partners
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role in the professional or financial services industry
• Excellent attention to detail, efficient, and independently minded
• Ability to multi-task, with a high level of discretion
• Bubbly personality with gravitas and confidence under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Chinese word processing, and PowerPoint
