Our client is a property management company with a strong presence in Asia. They are looking for a Receptionist to join the team. The successful candidate will be highly polished, bright, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
• Handle general phone calls, incoming/outing emails, faxes and enquiries
• Greet guests in professional manner
• Order and maintain relevant office supplies
• Arrange daily mail and courier
• Provide office administration support
Requirements :
• Diploma or above
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese , knowledge of Mandarin will beneficial
• Good telephone manner and reception skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details
• A team player, helping out others when necessary to meet deadlines
• Cheerful and positive personality
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
