My client, an international investment firm, is currently recruiting for Senior Wealth Associate and Senior Wealth Manager positions, and are looking for polished and high-calibre candidates to join their team in their growing Hong Kong office. The successful candidates will have high-touch client servicing skills, relevant experience in account management and great problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Client on-boarding and account opening
- Account management and servicing, assisting clients with regular and ad hoc support
- Providing support to advisers and partners for a diverse range of client needs
- Participating in client meetings and handling follow up
- Updating clients on various financial products
- Solving issues or addressing concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner
- Preparing client reports and assisting with budgets and balance sheets
- Participate in weekly investment committee meetings
- In addition for the Manager role - manage all aspects of client relationship, develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts, and heavy involvement in prospecting and acquiring new clients
Requirements:
- Degree holder and financial services experience
- SFC/CIB licensed (preferred for Associate role, essential for Manager role)
- Native or near-native English is an absolute must (Chinese is a plus but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with people
- Proven client relationship management experience
- Experience managing a team
- Organised with a high attention to detail
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Must be proactive and a team player
