Our client is a visionary nonprofit organization, and they are seeking a Senior PR & Marketing Officer who possesses the ability to transform marketing concepts into tangible action plans, with the goal of maximizing exposure and achieving optimal results. The ideal candidate for this position should have a demonstrated track record in effectively managing both online and offline marketing initiatives, as well as working with key opinion leaders (KOLs), public relations (PR) professionals, and various media outlets. Additionally, a genuine passion for events, arts, and culture is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Supporting the management team in developing strategic directions and marketing strategies for various events and campaigns, and effectively translating innovative ideas into actionable plans.
Maximizing brand exposure through comprehensive digital and offline campaigns, crafting engaging content for diverse online and offline platforms such as social media, websites, search engine advertising, print media, and more. Continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to generate timely and insightful reports.
Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all published materials, including press releases, newsletters, and video content, through meticulous proofreading and review.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, PR professionals, and media outlets, fostering productive collaborations and ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborating closely with design teams to ensure the company website and social media platforms consistently feature up-to-date, concise, and error-free content.
Providing efficient support in daily operations, including managing inquiries received through social media channels and organizing media coverage archives.
Overseeing the management of online shops or e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
Utilizing video and photo editing skills to enhance visual content, while also offering event photography and videography services as required.
Adapting quickly to handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned and demonstrating flexibility in responding to changing needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably with major in marketing
Minimum of 4 year of solid experience in handling of social media, printed media and website contents, management of KOLs, PRs and medias, etc
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with a strong command of both languages.
Attentive to details, with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Capable of working effectively under pressure, demonstrating excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
A positive team player, skilled in interpersonal communication and collaboration.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suites, website maintenance, and Google Analytics.
