About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our client’s dynamic team in Singapore. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while embracing new challenges with creativity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring a professional welcome
· Manage meeting room bookings and maintain office tidiness
· Coordinate office supplies, pantry stock, and meal arrangements
· Arrange travel logistics and assist with onboarding for new hires
· Support office events, renovations, and ad-hoc projects
· Assist international visitors with seating, access, and local arrangements
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of office administration experience, preferably in a global MNC
· Proficient in MS Office with strong technical aptitude (printers, copiers, etc.)
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
· Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communicator with cultural sensitivity for global collaboration
· Positive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
