Responsibilities
- Handle extremely busy diaries and schedules of senior management and team eextensive travel booking, travel reimbursements and handling expenses efficiently
- Maintenance of data base
- Co-coordinating of meetings, conferences and conference calls
- Handling phone calls and email correspondence effectively
- Ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by Manager
- Work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioritise and organize accordingly
Requirements
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Proactive, reliable and able to prioritize
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ambitious and able work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Manager
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Outlook
- Mature and able to conduct him/herself in a mature and professional manner
- Great team player with a good attitude and work ethics
